Church Cottage is a classic stone semi detached cottage sleeping up to 6 in an idyllic peaceful setting overlooking the village green and from the rear over the churchyard and cricket field to the open moor. Inside is light, spacious and full of character. Outside is a small private garden.

Manaton is a small moorland village with pub, tennis court and playground, easily accessible 6 miles from Bovey Tracey on the east of Dartmoor in one of the most popular areas for walking:

Take a break from the car! The rock outcrops on the high moor at Bowerman's Nose, Hound Tor and Hay Tor can all be reached straight from the cottage and on a hot summers day a walk down the tree lined combe to the clear water of the River Bovey makes a pleasant change.
