Directions

From Exeter and the M5 motorway take the A38 dual carriageway towards Plymouth. At Drum Bridges roundabout turn right on to the A382 to Bovey Tracey. At the second roundabout turn left signed to Haytor and Manaton six miles. This road leads you up over Trendle Bere Down and into the village of Manaton. On entering the village go past the Kestor Inn and at the crossroads turn right to the church and village green. Church Cottage is on the left hand side of the green next to the lych gate leading to the church.

There is a wide range of shops in Bovey Tracey 6 miles away and you can order delivery of daily papers. Other shops in Moretonhampstead and Chagford and a popular farm shop near Haytor.
